Portage, WI – On June 20, 2002 student pilot Thomas W. Watson took the practical flight test to achieve the status of Private Pilot. Examiner “Duffy” of Duffy’s Flying Service based at the Marshfield Airport was quoted as saying to Tom’s instructor Mark Leonard “he is going to be a very good pilot”.
